I will not tell you what foods to eat or not eat. I will guide you towards a way of eating that is sustainable, joyful, and nourishing for you.

We meet via video chat using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. The initial session will mostly involve me asking you questions about your medical history, food preferences, cooking ability, food budget, daily/weekly schedule, etc. We will end the session by choosing a goal and initial action plan.

During the follow-up sessions, we review and adjust the action plan based on your progress.

At all sessions, I will offer advice, answer questions, and provide empathy and support.

Initial sessions are 60 minutes and follow-up sessions are 30 minutes. 

No, all services are out of pocket at this time.

We will meet once per week or every other week.

Group coaching is a great option if you would enjoy having peer support along with my professional guidance. However, if you desire individual recommendations, education, and support, individual coaching would be best.

You can also opt to do both individual coaching and group coaching.

For long-term success, working with me for three to six months is usually best. This allows us more time to troubleshoot barriers, and the ongoing support will help you feel confident to continue on your own.

All services are provided virtually — no traveling to an office required!
