About Me

Hi, I’m Talia! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) based out of Philadelphia, PA. In my ~3 years as a dietitian, I’ve worked in the areas of retail/supermarkets, intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, behavioral health, eating disorders, and now kidney dialysis. I love writing about nutrition and health to guide people towards incorporating eating habits that support a healthy mind, body, soul, and lifestyle. I hope you’ll find something here useful to you!
