The Stress Eating Reset
6-Step Blueprint for Enjoying Food Again Without Stressing Over Every Bite
Does this sound familiar?
- “I hate how I feel after I eat.”
- “I feel like I’m constantly thinking about food.”
- “I wish I could just eat normally.”
- “I feel guilty every time I eat something I actually enjoy.”
- “I’m tired of trying to be ‘good’ all day, only to lose control at night.”
You’re not lazy, broken, or lacking willpower. You’ve just been stuck in the cycle of emotional eating and dieting for too long — and it’s exhausting.
It’s time to stop white-knuckling your way through cravings.
The Stress Eating Reset is a 6-step blueprint designed to help you understand what’s really driving your stress and emotional eating, and teach you how to eat in a way that feels satisfying — without guilt or obsession.
This Program is For You If:
- You feel out of control around food, especially at night or when you’re overwhelmed.
- You eat when you're stressed, bored, anxious — and then beat yourself up for it.
- You’re stuck in the restrict-binge cycle and can’t figure out how to stop.
- You’ve tried mindful eating, calorie counting, or cutting out sugar — and nothing has worked.
- You have a deep desire to enjoy food again without constantly worrying about what or how much to eat.
- You want to feel confident in your body and to cultivate self-respect beyond the number on the scale.
This Program is Not For:
- Anyone looking for a quick fix, strict meal plan, or a weight loss solution.
- Men or anyone under the age of 18.
- Those with a specific health condition requiring medical nutrition therapy.
- Individuals with an active eating disorder (medical support is recommended for these cases).
If this sounds like you, you might be a better fit for 1:1 virtual nutrition coaching.

Focus on the Why, Not Just the What – We don’t just tell you what to eat. We help you understand why you’re eating, especially when emotions and cravings come into play.
Mindset Meets Practical Tools – With mindset reframing, mindful eating practices, and practical meal planning guides, you’ll gain the skills to confidently navigate food decisions without guilt.

Meet Your Food Freedom Guide
Hi, I’m Talia!
While I am now a firm believer that all foods fit, it wasn’t always this way. Throughout my teens and early twenties, I struggled with disordered eating and over-exercising. Years of therapy combined with the nutritional science I learned during my training to become a dietitian brought me back to a peaceful, joyful relationship with food and exercise.
My mission is to create a safe space for people to heal their complicated & damaged relationships with food (or to prevent the progression to disordered eating in the first place). I use tailored guidance and education to empower people to make sustainable nutrition changes that promote both physical and emotional well-being.
