Hi, I’m Talia!

I know what it’s like to feel trapped in the constant cycle of food rules, guilt, and “starting over on Monday.” I grew up steeped in diet culture, spent years trying to shrink myself, and learned the hard way that health isn’t found in perfection or control.

Healing my own relationship with food — learning to eat enough, rest, and actually enjoy food again — changed everything.

Now, as a registered dietitian, I help others do the same. My approach blends science with self-compassion, guiding you to feel more in control around food without restriction or guilt.
