Nice to meet you!
Meet Talia Follador, RDN, LDN
I’m Talia Follador — a registered dietitian, writer, and media expert who helps people make sense of nutrition without fear, guilt, or food rules. You’ll find my work featured in national outlets like EatingWell, where I break down complex nutrition science into practical, real-life advice that actually works outside of a perfect, Pinterest-worthy kitchen.
My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with lived experience, empathy, and a healthy dose of humor. I specialize in intuitive eating, emotional eating, neurodivergence, eating disorders, and sober curiosity.
My goal is always the same: to make nutrition feel more human, more flexible, and a lot less overwhelming. Health doesn’t require perfection — just enough food, consistency, and meals you genuinely enjoy.
Topics I Speak On

- Intuitive eating and ending diet culture cycles
- Emotional and binge eating
