Do any of these statements sound like you?
You’re scared of what you “can” and “cannot” eat due to a new medical diagnosis or years of dieting.
You’ve tried every diet and work out on the planet but still feel unhappy with your body and chaotic around food.
You feel “stuck” trying to figure out how to eat to reach your health and wellness goals because you are overwhelmed with conflicting advice.
You feel like you’ve failed because you were never able to stick to a diet in the long run.
You’re in the right place! I use an intuitive eating approach to teach people how to trust themselves around food and become confident eaters for life.
In just a few months, I can help you end weight cycling, feel more confident in your body, feel less out of control around food, and be a confident and well-informed eater.

MY PHILOSOPHY

All foods fit (but some foods might be limited or avoided due to religious, medical, or preferential reasons).
Foods & diets are not “one size fits all.” What works for one person might not work for the next — and that’s okay.
You can work on improving yourself & reaching your health/wellness goals without focusing on your weight. In fact, I recommend it!
I will not tell you what foods to eat or not eat. I will guide you towards a way of eating that is sustainable, joyful, and nourishing for you.

common questions
We meet via video chat using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. The initial session will mostly involve me asking you questions about your medical history, food preferences, cooking ability, food budget, daily/weekly schedule, etc. We will end the session by choosing a goal and initial action plan.
During the follow-up sessions, we review and adjust the action plan based on your progress. I base the coaching process around what YOU need — education, support, encouragement, accountability, etc.
At all sessions, I will offer advice, answer questions, and provide empathy and support. Between sessions, you can message me any time with questions or concerns.
Initial sessions are 60 minutes and follow-up sessions are 30 minutes.
No, all services are out of pocket at this time.
I offer two levels of coaching packages; you can choose to meet with me two times a month or four times a month. You can select which one works best for your goals and schedule. Whichever frequency you choose, you will have ongoing support from me in-between sessions via instant-messaging.
I offer a four- and six-month coaching program. The prices vary depending on how many sessions you would like to have per month and whether you pay monthly or in-full.
I will discuss the pricing with you during our free discovery call after you apply for the program.
I only offer four and six month packages at this time. I do this because for long-term success, working with me for four to six months is usually best. This allows us more time to troubleshoot barriers, and the ongoing support will help you feel confident to continue on your own.
All services are provided virtually — no traveling to an office required!

If you would like me to communicate with family members, caregivers, and/or other healthcare professionals, I can do so with your consent
